Premises
New build hotel and apartments on a 7.6 acres regeneration site at Greenwich Peninsula in London.
The development boasts a prestigious hotel and residential scheme.
The Project
The hotel called The O2 Intercontinental London, is a 19 storey 453 room 5 star hotel with a banqueting and conference centre with 4800 square metres of space for events.
The hotel boasts the largest pillar free ballroom in Europe, there is also several restaurants and a panoramic sky bar offering views of the River Thames and Canary Wharf.
In addition to the hotel “The Peninsula Tower” which is a 24 storey development has 147 apartments.
The plant and systems were designed and installed to “BREEAM EXCELLENT’’.
Air Handlers Northern Ltd supplied 30 air handling units with Energy Recovery, Heating and Cooling and Noise Attenuation, In Built Packaged controls. Additional to this 4 ENVIROFRESH 70 Packaged Heat Pump air handling units were supplied.
